Two Valley Bistro was created 15 years ago by our Head Chef Andrew Miller who prides himself on creating home cooked food from local providers. He creates dishes with seasonal food, from the freshest of ingredients, and quality checks to ensure that the meat and vegetables are fresh every time.
We are passionate about where our produce comes from and we ensure that there is clear trace-ability from farm to fork.
We source our food from the very best UK artisan producers who produce really wows us. In addition, we also source our cheese from the best artisan cheese mongers and fine food merchants within the UK and beyond.
It is our ambition to bring exciting flavours and food experiences. Our kitchen team of 6 are all fully qualified in their specialist culinary area to make sure that you, our customer, experience the best of what we have to offer in fine dining.
